The Rise of the Militia Movement

I received the email inquiry from Franco Berardi in Italy which is shown below, as is my response. I believe that this data should be presented to all Concerned Citizens to clarify the reasons and purposes of the Militia Movement which is rising Worldwide.

You say that it is scarcely known in your country. I think not. I remember the stories in the news during WW2 of the valiant efforts of the Resistance and Underground Movement in Italy to resist and overthrow Mussolini's Fascistas and the German armies, to restore Freedom to the People of Italy. I remember stories of the slave rebellions of Roman times, and I remember the uprising of the Christian movement in Israel and Rome for the very same reasons. But it gets forgotten and the history perverted and myths created.
The rise of the Militia movement is the natural response of ALL free men everywhere, Sovereign Citizens, the Children of God, to the oppression and the tyranny of governments.
What is Sovereign Citizenship? Sovereign Citizenship is the status held by our forefathers. George Washington, Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Jefferson, James Madison and everyone else who won their freedom from the British Empire had this status. It was and is the birthright of all Americans, and we are generous in extending this most important right to foreign-born persons through the naturalization laws. With this status, our unalienable rights of life, liberty, and property can not be infringed.
What does it mean to be a Sovereign Citizen? The word "sovereign" is defined in the 6th edition of Black's Law Dictionary, published in 1990, as being, "A person, body, or state in which independent authority is vested; a chief ruler with supreme power; a king or other ruler in a monarchy." Prior to the War for American Independence, the British king was the sovereign and the American people were his subjects. The war's outcome changed all this. For the first and only time in recorded history, the people were recognized as being the true sovereigns.
It will be sufficient to observe briefly, that the sovereignties in Europe, and particularly in England, exist on feudal principles. That system considers the prince as the sovereign, and the people as his subjects; it regards his person as the object of allegiance... No such ideas obtain here; at the revolution, the sovereignty devolved on the people; and they are truly the sovereigns of the country, but they are sovereigns without subjects... and have none to govern but themselves...
Each individual, at least so far as respects his unalienable rights, is his own sovereign. These rights weren't given to any government. In fact, they can't be. Perhaps you can give up all of your rights, if you so choose, but who has the power to give your rights up for you? In America, no one can, because we're all equal.
In American this principle of popular sovereign is recognized by all our governments - local, state and federal. When the states became independent, the state governments were formed, all of them based on the Authority of the People, and not the will of one man or a small body of men.
The federal government as we know it today was created in 1789 when the federal constitution went into effect. The Constitution established something previously unknown in America, Citizenship of the United States.
Thus a Sovereign Citizen of a State is, by the federal Constitution, made a Citizen of the United States. This means that a Citizen of any one of the states is considered and treated as being a Citizen of all of them. The phrase "Citizen of the United States" does not refer to a separate class of citizenship. Similarly a Citizen of Rome, no matter where he resided, had all the rights and freedoms attendant to one who resided in Rome.
This brings us to what are considered as being the rights inherent in Citizenship in America:
When men enter into a State they yield a part of their absolute rights, or natural liberty, for political or civil liberty, which is none other than natural liberty restrained by human laws, so far as is necessary and expedient for the general advantage of the public. The rights of enjoying and defending life and liberty, of acquiring and protecting reputation and property, and, in general, of attaining objects suitable to their condition, without injury to another, are the rights of a Citizen; and all men by nature have them. Attendant with these rights is the responsibility for maintaining these same rights for all other Citizens, the Defense of Liberty.
Unfortunately, as a result of the citizenry not being attentive to the machinations, fraud and deceit of the politicians and bankers, the government of the United States (and indeed of most, if not all, countries of the world today) has once again devolved to a feudal system as a result of imposition of feudal law, Roman Law, known today as Admiralty or Martial Law, where the inherent rights of the Sovereign Citizen are not recognized as such, but as privileges granted by the "Ruling Class".
The deceit of the politicians and banker have gradually imposed statutory laws and regulations which have in effect suspended the Constitution for the United States. It is in defense of the Constitution and the Sovereign rights of all Men that the Militias are instituted, for the very same reasons that Jesus was motivated to speak out in defense of the inherent rights of All Mankind. It is the essence of the Great Commandment, Love your God with all your mind and body and soul, and love your neighbor as yourself."

I quote from Matthew 10:16 and subsequent: From the Scholars Translation, "The Complete Gospels", published 1992.

"Look, I'm sending you out like sheep to a pack of wolves. Therefore you must be as sly as a snake and as simple as a dove. And beware of people, for they will turn you over to the council and in the synagogues they will scourge you. And you will be hauled up before governors and even kings on my account so you can make your case to them and to the nations. And when they lock you up, don't worry about how you should speak or what you should say. It will occur to you at that moment what to say. For it is not you who are speaking but your Father's spirit speaking through you. One brother will turn in another to be put to death, and a father his child, and children will turn against their parents and kill them. And you will be universally hated because of me. But those who hold out to the end will be saved."
When they persecute you in this city, flee to another. I swear to you, you certainly won't have exhausted the cities of Israel before the son of Adam comes.
Students are not above their teacher, nor slaves above their master. It is appropriate for students to be like their teachers and slaves to be like their masters. If they have dubbed the master of the house `Beelzebul', aren't they even more likely to malign the members of his household?
So don't be afraid of them. After all, there is nothing veiled that won't be unveiled, or hidden that won't be made known. What I say to you in darkness, say in the light, and what you hear whispered in your ear, announce from the rooftops.
Don't fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul, instead, you ought to fear the one who can destroy both the soul and the body in Gehenna."

Again I quote from Luke 11:37 and subsequent:

While he was speaking, a Pharisee invited him to dinner at his house. So he came and reclined at the table. The Pharisee was astonished to see that he did not first wash before the meal.
But the Lord said to him, "You Pharisees clean the outside of cups and dishes, but inside you are full of greed and evil. You fools! Did not the one who made the outside also make the inside? Still, donate what is inside to charity, and then you'll see how everything comes clean for you."
"Damn you, Pharisees! You pay tithes on mint and rue and every herb, but neglect justice and the love of God. You should have attended to the last without neglecting the first."
"Damn you, Pharisees! You're so fond of the prominent seat in synagogues and respectful greetings in marketplaces."
"Damn you! You are like unmarked graves which people walk on without realizing it."
One of the legal experts says to him in reply, "Teacher, when you say these things you are insulting us, too."
And he said, "Damn you legal experts too! You load people down with crushing burdens, but you yourselves don't lift a finger to help carry them. Damn you! You erect monuments to the prophets whom your ancestors murdered. You are therefore witnesses to and approve of the deeds of your ancestors: They killed the prophets and you erect monuments to them.
That is why the wisdom of God has said, 'I will send them prophets and apostles, and some of them they are always going to kill and persecute. So, this generation will have to answer for the blood of all the prophets that has been shed since the world was founded, from the blood of Abel to the blood of Zechariah, who perished between the altar and the sanctuary.'"
"Yes, I tell you, this generation will have to answer for it."
"You legal experts, damn you! You have taken away the key of knowledge. You yourselves haven't entered and you have blocked the way of those trying to enter."
By the time he had left there, the scholars and Pharisees began to resent him bitterly and to harass him with all kinds of questions, conspiring to trap him with his own words.

Meanwhile, a crowd of many thousands is gathering together today to restore the freedoms to the people. The Pharisees and Scribes and Moneylenders of Jesus' time are the Politicians and Lawyers and Bankers of today. Nothing has changed, nothing is new to the status of man in God's world, the battle is joined today as it was then. Know the Truth and It will make you Free!
Study the Bibles, the Declaration of Independence, The Constitution for the United States, which is linked below, and History. Search out the Truth. Do not buy into the myths which they who would control the people place as stumbling stones in the path. Remove the stones, clear the path the best you can to ease the journey of our brothers and sisters who follow behind.
The Internet is a marvelous tool never before available to the mass of Mankind in our search for Truth, the Oneness, and the Unity of ALL Mankind, of whatever nationality, race or creed.
